Placing a SlimX order
Q. How do I place a SlimX order?
A. Here are a few instructions for placing an order:

  • On the SlimX store page, click on “ Add One to To Basket “ 
  • Once you have the desired quantity click on “ Checkout “ at the TOP RIGHT of your screen.
  • We suggest you create an account for future purchases, you are also able to place an order without one. 
  • Enter all the information. 
  • Click on CONTINUE. 
  • Select your payment method at the bottom of your screen, at this time only C.O.D. ( Cash on Delivery ) is available
  • Click on CONTINUE.
  • Once the CHECKOUT:PAYMENT page appears, make sure all information is valid and click on CONTINUE in order to complete your order. 

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. We do not accept credit cards due to an increase in fraudulent orders.  
C.O.D ( Cash On Delivery ) is our preferred method of payment. Only cash will be accepted by the postman on delivery, no cheques or money orders. If you are not home at time of delivery a card will be left with instructions to pick up your SlimX at your local post office. Most post offices accept Interac payments.

Q. Are gift certificates available through the Web site?
A. For the moment we do not offer gift certificates.

Q. I'm in the United States, can I order the SlimX?
A. Yes, US customers can order the SlimX by clicking here. Our partner will process your order

Shipping and taxes
Q. What are the available delivery methods, and how long does it take?

A. Your order is shipped using Canada Post's  Xpresspost service. Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 business days depending on your province. You can email us here for a shipping quote with your postal code.

Q. What taxes are applicable on merchandise?
A. MP3Shopping.com applies the GST/HST on all Canadian orders and the PST for Quebec residents only.

Q. I'm in the Montreal area, can I pick up my SlimX?
A. At this time there has not been enough demand in the Montreal area for us to open a store locally.  All orders are shipped out.

Q. I placed my order quite a few days ago and I still haven't received anything…
A. Check your email to see if you have received an "out of stock" notice. Check also to see if the delivery address and the electronic address that you have specified are correct. If there is an error or you have never received a confirmation please contact our Order Department at the following address: orders@mp3shopping.com

Q. I've changed home and/or email address, phone number. Do I have to notify the Order Department?
A. If you have a product on order, it is important that you notify us of your address change(s) so that we can contact you and confirm the correct address.

If you don't have an outstanding order (item(s) not received) you need only make the change(s) to your customer account on the Web site.

SlimX only, return policy
Q. What is
your policy on returns for the SlimX?
A. 1. Before returning your SlimX you must request an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number by filling in our RMA form which can be found here explaining in detail your problem. 

2.You may return the SlimX to MP3Shopping.com up to 30 days after receiving your player at the following address:

3. You shall assume the delivery charges and the legal risks for products returned and use a carrier that guarantees the risks of loss and damages.

4. For the purposes of articles 1 and 2, you may not return products for any reason except if the products are defective. If an item is defective, it will be exchanged for a new copy of the same product within 30 days of purchase. For refund information please read the next question.

5. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible, on the condition, however, that the products being returned are returned by you and received by MP3Shopping.com in the same condition as that in which they were at the time they were delivered to you.

Q. What if I'm not satisfied with my SlimX and want a refund?
A. You may get a refund within the first 30 days of your order date if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  IMPORTANT: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned merchandise, no exceptions.  To return your item for refund please go to our RMA form page here and fill out the required information.
